Francis Akrono is the Acting Deputy Registrar for the University of Education, Winneba in Ghana. He manages the satellite campus at Ajumako Campus University of Education in the Central Region. His responsibilities include managing human resources and general administration issues, academic and student affairs, estate and municipal services, and outreach with external agencies. Francis’ goal is to develop a Human Resources Management system. He received his M. Phil. in Development Studies (Human Resource Development) and B.Ed from University of Cape Coast. He has received diplomas and certificates in the following fields: Public Administration (2011), Monitoring and Evaluation (2009), Human Resource Management (2007), Economics (1995).
