Daniel Bell is a program coordinator for the Community Engagement Exchange (CEE) program in the Leadership Practice. In this role, Daniel leads strategic communications and supports MEL activities for the CEE program.

Prior to joining IREX, Daniel worked as a leadership fellow for the Global Language Network (GLN), where he managed their social media platforms and created original graphic design materials to engage the organization’s clients and partners. Prior to this, Daniel worked as an events fellow with Susie Lee for Congress, supporting 20 virtual fundraising events on a competitive swing-district Congressional race in Nevada that raised over $4.8 Million. From 2018-2019, Daniel was a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant (ETA) in Brazil. As an ETA, he organized and led cultural exchange and language education programming for over two hundred students and community members at the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV).

Daniel has also been a conversation partner and mentor with EducationUSA, and the Center for Intensive English Studies at Florida State University. He holds a B.A. in English and a certificate in leadership studies from Florida State University.
