As the Deputy Director of Youth Employment for the National Youth Institute, Dania González has experience in organizing the community for action and empowering young leaders with the Sustainable Development Goals. During the fellowship, Dania aims to learn about: 1. Public and private partnerships 2. Financing for social and business ventures 3. Accelerating business ventures to social enterprises with the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals Upon returning to El Salvador, Dania plans to create an incubator in conjunction with an impact accelerator program to include Sustainable Development Goals in business.
