Catalina works in the business services sector as the CEO and Director of Remote Hub. For small- to mid-sized companies in the US Hispanic market that need help with bookkeeping as well as accounting firms that want to expand, Remote Hub is an administrative company that provides quality bookkeeping services that are accurate, punctual, and cost effective for its clients. Catalina aims to increase the company’s income and margins while maintaining the quality of its current services in the short term and ultimately see the organization become a regional hub offering diverse business services like marketing, automation, and content development. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Catalina’s top business challenge is Scaling and Expansion. More specifically, they are looking to grow Remote Hub's clientele and income base while maintaining its current levels of consistency and service quality. During the Fellowship Placement, Catalina hopes to gain the knowledge to overcome the organization’s main challenges and identify ways to enhance strategic planning in daily operations and sales efforts.
