As a consultant and coach for Kratos Experiences and Grupo San Francisco, Carlos Manuel Egaña has experience in training and coaching individuals and teams to grow and align themselves with their articulated purpose. During the fellowship, Carlos Manuel aims to expand his network, learn about American entrepreneurship and gain skills in strategic planning. Upon returning to Venezuela, Carlos Manuel plans to play a part in the rebuilding of the Venezuelan economy by helping organizations become more human and compassionate while also being more productive and efficient.
