As a General Director for the NGO “Te Protejo,” Camila Cortínez has experience in project management, marketing, sales, and designing and overseeing new projects. During the fellowship, Camila Cortínez aims to learn about internationalization, how to grow the NGO’s business model, and learn to guide a bigger team. Upon returning to Chile, Camila plans to grow the NGO’s business model, strengthen its presence in Latin America and spread the knowledge of leadership skills to the executive directors in other countries.
