Analise is a program coordinator for the Community Engagement Exchange (CEE) Program in the Leadership Practice at IREX.

In this role, Analise offers comprehensive support for fellows' placement within U.S. community-based non-profit organizations or government offices, including fostering relationships with U.S. host institutions and designing processes to ensure successful fellow placement aligned with compatibility and interests. Additionally, she liaises with U.S. embassies on their engagement and concurrence of program activities.

Prior to joining the CEE team, Analise worked on the Global UGRAD Pakistan Program as an intern with focus in MEL and communications. Before her time at IREX, Analise worked with AmeriCorps’ JumpStart program implementing programs that prepare at-risk children for kindergarten by enabling children to receive an individualized learning experience and develop nurturing relationships with caring adults. While pursuing her graduate studies, she was an Executive member of her Graduate Student Board organizing Speaker Series and implementing professional development opportunities.

Analise holds a M.A. in Security Policy Studies from the Elliot School of International Affairs at The George Washington University and a bachelor’s in international Affairs with a minor in History and French from the University of Georgia.
