As a partner and executive director for A2 Legal, S.C., Alexandra Delsol has experience in building business models, generating effective alliances, and implementing design thinking methodology. During the fellowship, Alexandra aims to learn about scaling business models, financial options such as venture capital and angel investors, and marketing strategies designed to scale projects. Upon returning to Venezuela, Alexandra plans to implement all the knowledge she has gained to open one or more A2 Legal offices in other cities within the next six months, and launch an accelerator or venture seed capital initiative in Venezuela in the next 18 months.
