Automotive garages still run their business and administration by using paper, Word, Excel, or obsolete software from the 1990s. The more professional solutions, such as SAP programs, are complex with generic functionalities and unaffordable for mid- to large-sized garages. The company targets automotive service centers that have traditional, but established processes, including SMEs, chains, and franchises. These automotive service centers want to improve their customer communication and digitalize and simplify their operations.
