Education Systems Changemakers Pathway Workbook

Education systems globally are facing mounting pressure: shrinking budgets, compounding crises, and widening learning gaps. Now is the moment to reimagine how systems adapt and grow stronger—not just through policy, but through the everyday work of grassroots changemakers. We believe many of these leaders are already doing the work of system change.
The question is: How can we name this work, sharpen our approach, and scale its impact?
Education Systems Changemakers Challenge Workbook
The Education Systems Changemakers Challenge Workbook serves as a space to reflect, grow, and build an education systems change pathway—whether as an individual, a team, or a whole organization. We designed this tool to boost practitioner confidence as a systems changemaker in education, equipping them with evidence-based resources to support growth.
The workbook is structured in 4 phases:
Power Up by discovering what systems change could look like in the education sector.
Level Up by sharpening skills to build stakeholder buy-in and identify structural barriers.
Act by uncovering impactful leverage points, action plans, and feedback loops for sustainable change.
- Evolve by iterating thinking, celebrating progress, and building adaptive muscle.
