Request for Proposals: IREX EQUAL PAY AUDIT

Request for Proposals: IREX EQUAL PAY AUDIT

Summary

IREX seeks a firm (the “contractor”) that will collaborate with us to provide one internal compensation audit for U.S.-domiciled, active employees performing the job duties of a single position in a specific department.  This is a limited scope, small group equal pay study that will include approximately fourteen employees.

Services may include but are not limited to an examination of employee records, recent employee job/salary changes, including hires, and non-competitive and competitive promotions, and will include the preparation of an audit report to include data compiled, audit method(s) uses, analyses and findings and recommendation for any necessary corrective measures.

IREX intends to select a single contractor for this work; however, IREX reserves the right to issue multiple or no contracts. Additionally, this RFP may be rescinded at any time up to the execution of a contract. Contractors may not budget or bill IREX for any costs incurred for the submission of the proposal under this RFP.
