Dalen Todd leads strategy and resource development efforts that strengthen IREX’s ability to expand opportunity and impact around the world. As Acting Chief Growth Officer, he oversees the organization’s public and private fundraising portfolio and works closely with senior leadership to align partnerships, growth, and organizational strategy.

Dalen has more than 20 years of experience in international development spanning fundraising, finance, and strategy. He has led teams responsible for strategic partnerships and resource mobilization, helping secure over $1 billion in funding to support IREX’s work in over 100 countries. His work focuses on strengthening systems that support organizational growth, data-driven decision making, and long-term strategic positioning.

Earlier in his career, Dalen served as Finance Director for IREX Europe and held leadership roles in business development and strategy at IREX. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University.
