Yabela Mivuyo Aliphonsor Dlali
With a personal motto of “I am well able to do this", Yabela is a dynamic entrepreneur with very good public speaking abilities. He is currently leading a group of companies under YDT Group, consisting of four companies focusing on the property market and financial industry, the world's first of its kind. With thirteen years of experience in the financial services and planning industry and eight years of property market experience, Yabela is well-placed to offer advice on investment in these areas. He has been advising on property matters on Lesedi FM and has written a financial advisory column for the newspaper "Public Eye". Yabela is a 2017 Mandela Washington Fellowship Alumni based at the University of Texas at Austin and has shared the stage with the U.S. Consulate General to South Africa at the Consulate's welcome event. He has also been invited back to Austin as a speaker at the first annual networking event created to strengthen relationships between Africa and America. Yabela is the founding and immediate past president of the Mangaung chapter of Junior Chamber International, a non-profit organization that encourages young people to become active citizens and to participate in efforts towards social and economic development. He is now National Director responsible for entrepreneurship development for the whole country. He also actively participates in service to the Tahalitha Cumi house of safety. As a skilled master of ceremonies, Yabela further acts as Program Director for corporate events, gala dinners, international conferences, public gatherings and social events. The role that he is most proud of, however, is that of husband to Nozipho Dlali and father to their two beautiful children, Olwakhe and Lizalise.
