Tetyana Strelchenko is the director of America House in Kyiv, Ukraine. She manages the overall operations of the center, including a variety of innovative programs and events.
In 2015 she joined the America House team as events and partnerships manager and was involved in designing and implementing the strategic vision of the America House programming. She is an experienced manager and trainer, and she runs workshops on event management, youth leadership, and creativity development.
Tetyana has more than 12 years’ experience of working with IREX in Ukraine. Previously, she managed a USG alumni community as alumni program officer. Being a USG alumna herself, she served as the chief of the Alumni Steering Committee and managed a vast network of partnerships with USG organizations and Ukrainian NGOs.
Tetyana majored in English philology and has multiple publications in Ukrainian and international editions. In addition to speaking Ukrainian and Russian, she speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
