Sholpan Kassenova is a program associate on the Global Undergraduate Exchange Program in Pakistan (Global UGRAD – Pakistan).
In this role, she supports the program in every aspect of its development, including administrative and logistical support, project monitoring and evaluation, and alumni outreach.
Sholpan graduated from the George Washington University with a master’s degree in international education and human development. In the past, she worked for DC-based nonprofit organizations in the field of international education and development, and gender issues. She also taught Russian language to adults in Washington, DC.
Sholpan is a native speaker of the Kazakh and Russian languages. She received her bachelor’s degree in foreign languages—English and German—from the North Kazakhstan State University.
