As a Co-Founder of Bokashi Organic Fertilizer, Sharon Argueta has experience in team leadership skills, planning programs, devising solutions for environmental problems, and managing company finances. During the fellowship, Sharon aims to learn how to expand her environmental program so that it will have a significant social impact and develop new initiatives to help the company grow. Upon returning to El Salvador, Sharon plans to develop a better way to meet the social needs of her teammates and practice what she learns from other companies that could help her company grow. She also plans to make new business contacts to help with her environmental efforts.
