Rosemary Manu is the program coordinator for the Youth Excel program. She works within IREX's Center for Applied Learning and Impact, aiding in the program coordination of the Youth Excel program.
Rosemary brings to IREX a background in international development, international relations, energy, and economic development. She has over five years' experience in research, evaluation, program and project management, and facilitation.
Rosemary served as a consultant for USAID's Food for Peace program, offering monitoring and evaluation services. She and her team were responsible for evaluating and assessing the effectiveness of combining emergency assistance and resilience-building in Nouakchott Mauritania. She also has deep experience overseas with the UN Women in Bangkok, Thailand, in the disaster risk reduction department. She compiled and submitted an energy report that provided her department with research on the nexus between energy and women in Asia.
Rosemary holds a master's degree from George Washington University in international development studies with a concentration in energy. She earned her bachelor's degree in international relations from the University of Connecticut.
