Paulina Corrales is a program coordinator with the Community Engagement Exchange Program in the Leadership Practice.
In her role, Paulina supports many program areas, including recruitment, selection, development of fellowship curriculum, and fellow advising.
Before joining the CEE team, Paulina was a program associate on the Community Solutions Program (CSP), where she also worked on recruitment, selection, and fellow advising. Prior to joining IREX, Paulina worked in the enrollment office at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, recruiting students. At the same time, she was part of the Study California consortia, where she helped increase and diversify the international student presence by supporting the Study California scholarship selection process. Prior to this, Paulina served as an English teacher in Medellin, Colombia and Trang, Thailand. She also served as an AmeriCorps member through City Year, where she taught English as a Second Language (ESL) in Miami, Florida.
Paulina holds a dual MA in public administration and international education management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies and a BS in family, youth and community sciences from the University of Florida.
