Paul is an award-winning journalist based in Zambia who is currently working for the Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation as a TV reporter. Paul is also a managing director for PAMOS Media Consultancy, a firm which is training 150 Zambian journalists in investigative journalism and budget tracking skills to expose misapplication and abuse of public funds. Paul was a 2016 Mandela Washington Fellow who studied Public Management at Syracuse University in New York. He is also a recipient of many national and international media awards, the most recent of which is the 2017 Ricardo Ortega Memorial Prize in Broadcast Media, issued by the United Nations Correspondents Association in New York.
