Nihal Saad Zaghloul has been working in the field of development for ten years and in the field of women’s rights and gender-based violence for two years. As trainer and co-founder of Imprint Movement, Zaghloul works on developing her team’s capacity, building its training curriculum, and expanding the movement’s network. As a Community Solutions Program Fellow, Zaghloul intends to develop her skills in devising strategies to advance women’s rights, fight gender-based violence, and to develop her skills in the area of monitoring and evaluation.

Zaghloul plans on starting a mentorship program which encourages the leadership of youth in Egypt to take action against gender-based violence when she returns.
