Nicola Grace Hove
Nicola Grace Hove is a mining entrepreneur with over five years of experience. She is the chief executive officer of Uhuru Gold Mining, a company developing sustainable gold mining ventures in Zimbabwe. She sits on the board of Malayalam Mining, a DN Mining syndicate, and is the World Economic Forum Global Shapers community curator for Bulawayo. She is one of the 50 OCP Policy Centre’s 2017 Emerging Leaders and Young Professionals alumni. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Regenesys Business School. Nicola is committed to becoming a mass employer in mining and an advocate for sustainable wealth creation in Africa through mining. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Nicola plans to expand her mining operations to create more employment opportunities.
