Kudzai Belinda Sakajero has over 10 years' corporate-training experience. She is the co-founder of Umba Create, a social enterprise offering education and business guidance to young people and women from low- to middle-income families in Harare, Zimbabwe. Umba Create exits to fight unemployment by providing an innovative space for creative thinking to solve social problems. Kudzai has empowered the over 300 young people currently registered in her network and mentors 50 girls through her Girls Rock Network. Kudzai holds a BSc (Hons) in Human Resources Management and a Training diploma. She is passionate about developing young entrepreneurs in the creative industries, and serves as a leader in her local church. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, she aims to scale up her enterprise by establishing a co-working space in Harare for entrepreneurs in creative industries, using technology to promote the arts.
