As a social worker and trainer, Khamroz promotes adolescent sexual and reproductive health, gender equality, and human rights. He also focusing on educating youth and adults on human trafficking issues through trainings and non-formal activities. He is an expert in training youth and has developed skills in project management, budgeting, and blogging. During his fellowship in the United States, Khamroz hopes to learn about fundraising methods and communications while developing his skills in community outreach and advocacy. Upon returning from the Community Solutions Program, he plans to increase the awareness of reproductive health, gender equality, and human trafficking prevention among vulnerable groups in his home community through peer-to-peer education.
