Kate Wooldridge is a program officer for the Leadership Practice and serves the Community Solutions Program team as the lead for fellow support, partner relations, and alumni engagement. In her role, she manages all fellow communications and coordination following a fellow support strategy framework. Kate also serves on the CSP Alumni Board.

Kate has over five years of international program experience. Prior to joining IREX, Kate most recently served as a site trainer for DC Public Schools’ Global Kids program, where she designed and implemented global awareness and civic engagement curricula for DC high school youth. She previously served as a senior program facilitator for a U.S. Iraqi Young Leaders Program and Governor’s Institute, conducting project implementation, curriculum design, and facilitation. Additionally, Kate served as a program assistant with Atlas Corps on the Latin America Program, through whom she also served as a fellow in Colombia for two years.

Kate has an M.A. intercultural leadership and management with a specialization in monitoring and evaluation from the SIT Graduate Institute.
