Fatima Abaeva holds a doctorate of Science from North Ossetian State University. She is currently the Head of the Department of Foreign Languages in North Ossetian State University. In addition to managing department staff, she also supervises and coordinates the development of curricular planning for ten faculties. She has previously worked as a Senior Teacher at North Ossetian State and also as the Headmaster of the Saint George International School of English. While in the United States, Dr. Abaeva researched the American model of university fundraising and financial development.
