Emily Beaudoin is a program officer for the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders.
In this role, she manages the coordination of the Africa-based program interventions of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, leads program communications and reporting, and coordinates operations, finances, and grants management for the project's field offices in Ghana, Kenya, and South Africa. She also contributes to program and organization-wide monitoring, evaluation, and learning efforts and supports event-planning and logistics of the program's annual Africa-based Regional Conferences.
Emily graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts in gender studies and minors in international development studies and peace studies. While a student, she spent time in Jordan, India, Ghana, and Washington, DC, working on various global women’s issues.
