Ekaterina Panarina is an Associate Professor in Business Administration and Marketing at Perm National Research Polytechnic University.  She teaches courses in Business Management and Marketing with a focus on innovation and business competitiveness.  Dr. Panarina received her PhD in Management from Chelyabinsk State University in 2005 and her MA in Education from the University of Missouri - St. Louis in 2007. From 2009 until 2013, Dr. Panarina taught Marketing and Entrepreneurship courses at the Moscow International Higher School of Business as an Associate Professor.  She has published extensively on the subjects of Business Management, Marketing and implementing Growth Strategies.  Dr. Panarina will work with Dr. Andrew Hardin, Associate Professor and Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Nevada – Las Vegas, to develop business and innovation program strategies for Russian institutions of higher education.
