Chrissy Dumaduma Zimba
Chrissy Dumaduma Zimba has five years of experience in the community development sector, with a focus on water and sanitation. Currently, Chrissy is working as a young researcher under the African Union Youth Volunteer Corps (AUYVC) program at the African Union Commission. She also volunteers with disability rights organizations in Malawi, where she advocates for the employment of young disabled people, and volunteers to help women with disabilities to set up small scale businesses. Chrissy holds a bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology from Mzuzu University, and a master's degree in Public Policy and Governance from the Africa University in Zimbabwe. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Chrissy plans to continue her advocacy work with a focus on youth with disabilities.
