Alessandra Hodulik is an international education professional with experience evaluating leadership programs, scholar exchanges, and study abroad. As the MEL officer for the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Alessandra oversees all monitoring and evaluation activities for the fellowship, such as evaluating the effectiveness and potential impact of virtual leadership courses launched in July 2020.

Previously, Alessandra worked as a MEL officer for several scholar and youth exchange programs at the Institute of International Education, including the Fulbright Scholar Program, the Carnegie African Diaspora Fellowship Program, and Project Global Officer. Additionally, she spent two years as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in South Korea.

Alessandra holds a master’s degree in international training and education from American University and a bachelor’s degree in European studies and Spanish from the University of Vermont.
