Durus Kozuev learned how university administrators develop university market-oriented management, how they achieve education quality control, how modern approaches of teaching and learning methods are used, how the American credit transfer system operates, and also the undergraduate and graduate system structure at American universities. He knows this opportunity deepened his knowledge and skills and upon his return plans to use this acquired knowledge and experience to help his university reorient from narrow vocational programs to more general and flexible skills needed by a market economy. He will also organize seminars and workshops for college and university administrators to share his acquired experience at American universities and to establish long term cooperation between educational institutions of both nations.
