Strategic Planning and Quality Assurance

Iouri Loguinov is particularly interested in issues involving strategic planning and quality assurance for Krasnoyarsk State University. While in the United States, he learned about the process in which a university drafts and adapts its mission and strategic plan. He is also interested in learning methods to ensure the quality of the faculty, staff, and academic curricula.
