Research and Educational Management in Biological Department
Kirill Vinnikov is interested in the area of integration of teaching and research process. He examined how student scientific research work is organized in US universities, and studied the training that students receive so that studies in scientific laboratories are effective. Mr. Vinnikov also studied the role of faculty administration at his US host university and student support grant programs. Upon return to his home university, Mr. Vinnikov plans to develop a unique student research society that will help Russian students to be more involved in scientific work and their own investigation and research.
