Report: Access to Information Through Public Libraries in the Republic of Moldova

An intensive assessment of the public library landscape in Moldova, this report shows the country has a strong tradition of supporting free and unobstructed access to information. Although libraries currently face financial and physical challenges, a national network is intact and able to serve nearly all Moldovan communities.
