Marysia Galbraith The research study explored the impacts of membership in the European Union on the everyday lives of urban and rural Poles. Personal narratives helped to reveal ways of thinking about the nation, the European Union, and local regions within Poland (either urban Krakow or the rural Bieszczady Mountains).
