Looking Beyond the Horizon
Natalia Nevezhkina investigated the American approach towards excellence in teaching and learning, identifying similarities and differences between the American and Russian styles of teaching and learning, identifying common American and Russian values in the field of faculty development, and conducting a survey investigating the stereotypes of US faculty development programs. Upon return to her home university, she hoped to establish a teaching center where trainings in faculty development will be held.
