International Relations: New Horizons for University Strategic Management

My research work and activities which were the capstones of the present case study - meetings, interviews and a number a trips within my Professional Development Program - correspond to the challenges that Lobachevsky State University of Nizhni Novgorod (UNN) faces for reforming its management in the area of international affairs and international knowledge transfer. Thus, finding new methods and factors of further development of UNN International Affairs through the critical analysis of the respective domain at IU is referred to be the main goal of this case-study.
