Lela Kvinikadze

Lela Kvinikadze studied the integration of teaching and research and how to assist the needs of researchers through research management. She focused on learning how to train students to think like scientists, by connecting various disciplines through interdisciplinary programs. Upon her return home, Dr. Kvinikadze intends to work out a strategy which will focus not only on "market oriented" studying but also on research. She intends to find the vital balance between these two strongholds of knowledge. In the future she plans to build bridges between secondary education, higher education and alumni.
