Faculty Development and Research Management in the Context of Strategic University Management (based on the experience of the North Carolina State University)

Victor Gergel is interested in the areas of faculty development, research management, and corporate relations. He studied how US universities develop their strategic plans and roles the faculties play in its development. He also investigated the link between business and academia that results in joint projects of science, applied research, and technology. Upon return to his home university, he hoped to prepare recommendations for the development of UNN’s strategic plan and expand cooperation with industry and business.
