Natalya Anoshkina Natalia Anoshkina’s interests are in the areas of international relations, quality assurance, and strategic planning. She studied how international program offices are managed at US universities from strategic planning and financial management to the development of academic exchange programs. Upon return to her home university, she planned to establish an alumni association, a Center for Credential Evaluation, and to further internationalize her institution.
