Division of Students Affairs in Eastern Michigan University

Anna Plekhanova is interested in the area of campus life and student services. She studied the structure of the student services administration office, the programs and services that monitor the quality of the campus environment, and the office’s interaction with academic structures. Upon return to her home university, Plekhanova and her colleagues incorporated the US experience to improve on the quality of their university’s existing student services and eventually reorganize its structure with new, enhanced programs and methods to monitor effectiveness.
