Development Conception of Contemporary Classic University

Oleg Gabriyelyan’s interests are in the area of reforms in education, strategic planning, public relations and cooperation. His research focused on financial management, including the transparency and effectiveness of financial management, as well as possibilities for the accountability of departments in the process of financial accounting. Upon his return home, Dr. Gabriyelyan intends to create a strategic plan for university development and to create mechanisms for budgeting and monitoring this plan.
