Case Study of US University Ccampus Extracurricula Activities: Intercultural Perspective

Liudmila Kochetova’s research is aimed at learning strategies for developing and maintaining students’ multicultural community. She focused her research on non-academic activities offered by international clubs of US universities. She is particularly interested in culture-bound activities that help bring students of different ethnic backgrounds together. Ms. Kochetova plans to apply the strategies used by US universities to develop multicultural club activities at her university, as it can help build a friendlier and more diverse college community and prompt a more attractive public image of the university.
