Weixin La’s interests are in the areas of student’s service, ethnic minority resource management, and career planning for students. He examined how student clubs and organizations are managed and how to best organize activities for students to practice strategic planning and financial management. Upon return to his home university, Mr. La planned to share his experiences, to establish an efficient administrative and evaluation system for the high and middle levels of his university, and to further internationalize his institution.
