Tchon Li studied budget management and design, international relations and strategic planning, with a focus on financial management systems. Ultimately, he hopes that improving the financial management of his university will yield in better market analysis for the institution, introduction of transparent financial planning, creation of clear budget systems for university departments and services, improved training of administrative personnel, and generation of income.
