Career Services for Students: Serving for the Future (Case Study)

The goal of this case study is the formulation of a concept of a Career Services Centre in the Department of Biology at Zaporizhzhya National University (ZNU), with further dissemination of its best practices to all departments of Zaporizhzhya National University. The main objectives of the case study are to analyze U.S. models career development services and to consider possible solutions to management challenges at ZNU. To reach these objectives, special attention had been paid to the following questions: the popularization of career development Services in ZNU; the collection a set of training materials, including examples of educational programs; finding approaches of dissemination of information and analysis of effective instruments of students’ feedback; reviewing psychological profiles of up-to-date students; and reviewing of skills necessary for successful career counseling.
