Budgeting System of the Eastern Washington University at Cheney

Rimma Shamsutdinova’s interests are in the areas of university financing and budget management, and fundraising and development. During her US fellowship, she studied budget management systems and how strategic planning and budgeting are linked. Upon return to her home university, she aimed to establish a department of financial operations within the institute to conduct trainings on business planning, budgeting, and financial operations.
