Affective Management of American Higher Education

Pavel Ermakov is interested in studying human resource management, budget management and design, and faculty development. Specifically he would like to research electronic system controls. Ermakov identified the need for better faculty and staff work planning and structure at his institution in order to reach greater efficiencies.
