IREX’s International Symposium on University Administration: Methods and Models was held in Moscow, Russia, April 15-16, 2002. Over 175 officials in higher education from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, the Russian Federation, Ukraine, the United States, and Uzbekistan participated, including approximately 30 rectors of Eurasian universities, 10 officials from six different Ministries of Education, and 22 American specialists of higher education. All participants were welcomed by Mark G. Pomar, President of IREX.
