Topic: Budget Management and Design

This project aims to create a new budget center, the Responsibility Center Management (RCM), for internal financial reporting and budgeting at Yanka Kupala State University. The center will assist the university in budget planning, development, and management. Ultimately, the center will contribute to principles for budget management that provide for financial stability, proper delegation of financial responsibilities, and the development of sound financial strategies.

The goal of this project is the creation of a center for the development of student leadership skills at Mordovian State University. The focus of the center will be the advancement of student leadership through community involvement and public service projects. The center will conduct training programs and workshops on volunteer opportunities and civil responsibility.

Budget reform and management are the central areas of focus of this project. Important goals of the project include decentralized budget management and increased transparency in decisions that affect it. The project provides for the creation of a centrally maintained management information system that will supply local central managers with timely and accurate performance reports and allow for multilateral critical budget analysis.

The focus of this project is university governance and the formation of a board of trustees for Samara State University. The board of trustees will function as a governing body for the university and its relations within community. It will also serve to create a transparent structure of financial activity and improve the university’s responsiveness to change.

This project is intended to contribute to the creation of a university information systems department, a local computer network and university-wide internet connection at Balti State University. The alumni association will work to strengthen the university’s relations with the local community and abroad.
