Konstantin Anisimov is interested in addressing three important topics within Altai State University. First, he would like to understand the problems involved and efficient managerial techniques used in department development within the university. Second, he would like to learn how to best attract faculty to conducting research. Third, he would like to learn how to establish and use computerized information systems to help in various aspects of the university’s management.
